Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZoxaMart platform, including our website and mobile applications (Customer App and Vendor App). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

ZoxaMart is intended for commercial use by retail store owners, businesses, wholesale buyers, and verified vendors. You represent and warrant that you provide accurate, genuine business information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and OTPs.

2. Wholesale & Commercial Marketplace

ZoxaMart operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers with authorized sellers. Product descriptions, specifications, and availability are provided by vendors. While ZoxaMart works to ensure accurate listings, vendors remain responsible for catalog representation and product authenticity.

3. Pricing, GST & Billing

• Prices listed may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• For registered GST buyers, tax invoices reflecting applicable CGST, SGST, or IGST will be generated.
• For non-GST retailers, billing reflects non-GST rates without tax pass-through, calculated authoritatively by the server.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical or calculation errors prior to order dispatch.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

An order placed on ZoxaMart constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once accepted by the fulfillment vendor. The platform or vendor reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions.

5. Payment Terms

Payments may be settled via supported digital payment gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards) or Cash on Delivery (COD) where eligible. All online transactions are processed through authorized payment intermediaries.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors selling through ZoxaMart agree to keep inventory, pricing, and dispatch SLAs updated in real time. Vendors must honor order commitments and supply genuine, legally compliant products.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZoxaMart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, courier delivery delays, or vendor inventory discrepancies.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
