• Order & Transaction Records: Products purchased, quantities, order history, billing address, and payment status.
• Device & Usage Data: Mobile device identifiers (FCM device tokens), IP address, app operating system, and crash analytics for push notifications and app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Facilitating order placement, fulfillment, dispatch, and delivery between buyers and suppliers.
• Generating compliant GST and non-GST invoices and sales ledgers.
• Sending transactional notifications, order updates, and delivery alerts via SMS, Push Notifications, and Email.

3. Sharing of Information

• With Assigned Vendors: Relevant order items and shipping details are provided to the fulfillment vendor to pack and ship your order.
